‍Hello dear Brookies ! So that we can spend a great evening together, we have summarized our rules for you here and assume that everyone abides by them as a matter of course.

Domestic law - The TinTower e. V. has the right of residence on the entire festival grounds from 03. 09. -04. 09. 2022. As soon as you enter the festival grounds, you acknowledge this right of residence. Our security staff ensures compliance with the rules stated here at all times. Violations of festival rules can lead to consequences, which may even lead to a ban on entry. In rare cases, the police are called in to enforce domestic law and the rules.

Opening hours - Das Konzertgelände darf nur während der bekannt gegebenen Öffnungszeit (Samstag- Sonntag: 16:00 – 02:00 Uhr) von Besuchern betreten werden. Wer widerrechtlich das Gelände betritt, wird von unserem Sicherheitspersonal vom Gelände entfernt und muss mit einer strafrechtlichen Anzeige rechnen.

Storm - Should the undesirable event of extreme weather conditions, thunderstorms, storms, heavy rain or other severe weather conditions. If you enter, we ask you to follow the instructions of the security personnel. They have been briefed and know exactly how to act in such situations.

Parking- Sobald ihr das Festivalgelände mit eurem PKW erreicht, werdet ihr von unserem Sicherheitspersonal bezüglich Parkplatz eingewiesen.

Minors - Basically, festival visitors of all ages are welcome until 10 pm. From 10 p. m. , all visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their guardian on the festival grounds. All underage guests aged 16 years and over may only visit after 10 p. m. accompanied by a guardian appointed by the guardian pursuant to § 1 para. 1 No. 4 of the Juvenile Protection Act (declaration as “muttizettel”) on the entire premises.

Politics – Wir möchten hiermit betonen, dass das Happy Brook Festival eine rein unpolitische Veranstaltung ist. Musik ist der Fokus der Veranstaltung. Jede Form von Extremismus, politischer Beeinflussung und Provokation ist zu unterlassen. Darunter zählen auch Gegenstände, Kleidungsstücke usw., die Symbole tragen, welche darauf schließen lassen könnten. Das Happy Brook Festival ist stets auf Frieden unter unseren Besuchern bedacht und der falsche Ort, um  Meinungsverschiedenheiten gewaltsam auszutragen. Unser Sicherheitspersonal wird sich stets darum kümmern, dass eventuelle Konflikte vermieden werden. Sollte ein gegenteiliges Verhalten von unserem Sicherheitspersonal festgestellt werden, muss der Betroffene das Festivalgelände verlassen und bekommt ein Hausverbot ausgesprochen.

Violence/infringement/weapons– Gewalt, Aggressionen, Übergriffe, gefährliche/waffenähnliche Gegenstände und Waffen werden auf keinen Fall geduldet! Unser Sicherheitspersonal wird zu jeder Zeit darauf bedacht sein, Gefahrensituationen zu verhindern. Im Zweifel werden euch direkt am Einlass verdächtige Gegenstände abgenommen. Bei untragbarem Verhalten müsst ihr das Gelände wieder verlassen. Sollte ein gegenteiliges Verhalten von unserem Sicherheitspersonal festgestellt werden, muss der Betroffene das Festivalgelände verlassen und bekommt ein Hausverbot ausgesprochen. Also, bleibt friedlich und habt eine entspannte Zeit!

Drugs- Alcohol can be a drug. Beer, cocktails, etc. E. you can buy from us.
Illegal drugs are not tolerated. As well as taking and dealing with it. If contrary behaviour is detected by our security personnel, the person concerned must leave the festival grounds and is banned from entering the festival.

Found property - If you find any things someone has lost, you can drop them off at any of our booths. After each festival various things are left behind. You can contact us by email if your lost belongings have been found.

Glass bottles - In order to avoid an increased risk of injury and complex clean-up work, glass bottles are forbidden on the entire premises. Appropriate checks are carried out by our security staff at the time of the induction.

Garbage - There’s plenty of garbage cans on the premises. However, we would appreciate it if you could take back your garbage and empty bottles. Do not throw garbage or bottles on the adjacent plots!

animals - They certainly do not belong to a music festival just because of their sensitive hearing and their own well-being! So leave your pet at home, we won’t let it enter the concert grounds.

Foreign drinks - The sale of beverages is vital to the Happy Brook Festival. This is the only way to cover the costs incurred, since it is one of the main sources of income on this evening. However, beverage prices will be affordable so visitors are welcome with every budget. It is therefore forbidden to take foreign drinks (except one 0. 5 litre PET bottle of water per person) to the concert grounds.

Hygiene– Please observe the hygiene regulations published on the homepage and posted on the premises. These represent requirements of the health department. If they are not complied with, we must be liable. If you do not comply with the regulations, we will unfortunately have to expel you from the premises.
